My students have not had a normal school year since the pandemic began. These materials will help my students in several ways by making them feel more comfortable in the classroom. The flexible seating and soft lighting will make the classroom more comfortable and feel like a home environment. Students will have a better experience learning if they are more comfortable. Especially since their lives have been disrupted because of the pandemic. The calculators will help my students work more quickly and efficiently on independent and group assignments. My students enjoy completing math coloring activities, therefore, the markers will bring color to their activity. When the weather is warm, the students enjoying using chalk to draw creative circles on the sidewalks of our campus. The dry erase markers with erasers will greatly benefit the students. They will use them to work out problems on our individual white boards. They will use them to graph linear equations on the white board as well.
