I have 15 diverse learners in my inclusion classroom. Like all young learners they love sharing their work and being the center of attention. We are a title one school and have little money to spend on technology in the classroom. A white board and an old easel provide the only place to teach from and share student work. We've been able to borrow a document camera and projector. It is amazing to see how much more engaged my students when they see their work up on a big screen in front of the class. They are able to easily be a part of our lessons. This creates smiles, pride and excitement!!! Children come to our class with different amounts of technology exposure. Technology is the way to get students engaged and prepared.
