My elementary students are grades K-5 in a public school in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The district does not offer funding for the music classrooms on high cost items. In order for students to be actively involved in the music-making process, they should be able to use a wide variety of instruments as part of the music curriculum.
