The Life skills classroom began a business within the school to teach them to manage money, food prep and service, and also food delivery and presentation. They offer beverages and food, cold and hot, to teachers, administration, and staff throughout the day by taking orders, preparing those orders and lastly delivering those order at the teachers specified time and place. The refrigerator will replace the small one we have that has a broken shelf and rust and mold forming on the outside of the refrigerator. It will allow for more storage space to provide better quality products to their customer base. It will also allow them the space to open their sales to high school students. The Balance ball chairs will increase circulation and balance, forces proper spine alignment, and provides a part to the comfortable learning environment that I'm trying to create for my students.
