I teach fourth-grade science at a Title I school in southeast Arkansas. Our students are a diverse group of eager learners discovering their passions, interests, and talents. Our district is small, but it is full of inspiring teachers, students, and administrators who believe that collaboration and communication are keys to progress and development. Our students face many challenges outside the classroom, and we aim to provide a safe, individualized learning environment for each and every one. One hundred percent of our students receive free breakfast and lunch. We provide access to technology and resources that may not otherwise be available. It is our mission to create happy, successful, lifelong learners through love, support, encouragement and nurturing.

About my class
