Within our school we serve a diverse population including ESL, Special Education. They come to me from a large inner city neighborhood. The children attending my school are from a high poverty area with 100% of the students receiving free meals daily. My student's have intellectual disability. They are in grades second to fifth but are working below grade level. Within my classroom the students are in need of communication, academic skills and daily living skills. My students portray an interest in learning.
