One item that we use frequently in the music room are our Resonator Bells. All students in grades K-5 use them at least once a year for a variety of musical activities. Our current set of bells is wearing out. A new set would sound so much nicer when we're using them in our musical learning! Students in grades K-2 use them to learn about how a melody can go up and down and how they are made of steps, skips, leaps and repeats. Students in grades 3-5 use them for deeper musical learning including the use of chords in music.
