I have the pleasure of teaching our future astronauts, lawyers, doctors, musicians, scientists, veterinarians, teachers, you name it! The five and six year old's that walk into my classroom each year eager to learn and follow their dreams are why I keep coming back each year and each day. These kids are bright, funny, persistent, the most talented, and hard working kids I know. I teach in an urban school district in a low-socioeconomic neighborhood. The scholars that come to me to start their education are eager to learn and to continue their growth throughout the year. My teaching career thus far has been nothing short of an amazing roller coaster ride. The accomplishments of my students keep me going and I am happy to continue to improve myself as a teacher for them.
