This interactive Projector works like an interactive whiteboard but it can be projected on my current whiteboard thus eliminating the need for the interactive whiteboard and making the cost of this project about 1/3rd. An interactive projector engages students by allowing them to interact directly with the lesson and content. Students can easily share their thinking by "showing" what they know in front of the class on the board as well as through being able to connect directly through an iPad. An interactive projector can bring the world around us into the classroom through virtual field trips. It can allow us to connect to other first-grade classrooms around the world and bring other cultures into the classroom and our learning.
