Flexible seating can provide my Peacemakers the opportunity to experience sensory and emotional regulation while learning new math skills. It will help many of my students with various special needs. This, in turn, helps my students access their learning, stay engaged and make progress in the classroom, as well as staying calm and productive during instruction. Flexible seating, along with the math activities, will allow my students to find ways of being more comfortable throughout the classroom during our math instruction. I want my students to not feel limited and confined to their desks, but free to express themselves being comfortable while learning new math skills.

About my class
