Collaboration with like minds, minds that think OUTSIDE the box, this is what powers my teaching. Attending the National "Get Your Teach On," GYTO, Conference will not disappoint. Learning from dynamic educational pioneers will allow me to be the Wild Card in a student's life. 4 days of learning from change makers and mold breakers will ignite an inferno in my soul, I'll return to my classroom on fire for how to spark the flames of learning in my students for years to come. These four days will change the next 20+ years of my teaching career, and will most certainly effect every student I have the privilege of teaching. Room transformations, rigorous academic tasks, and creativity are what will be in my teacher toolkit to share with my colleagues after attending. Please help get me to Florida so that I can network with fellow teachers on mission to create passionate, tenacious learners ready to take on the world.
