My classroom is one of great diversity. I have students from all different background and experiences, and as a teacher it is my mission to help celebrate what makes us all special. I especially try to celebrate that in the choices I make when I bring books, guests, and other special things into my classroom. My students need an education that reflects and benefits them, and part of my "why" for teaching is to help provide those things to the best of my ability.
