Having iPads in our first grade classroom will bring today's technology and expectations into the hands that will run our country tomorrow. My students are hungry to learn and I know that having iPads will motivate them to go above and beyond the standards that are set for them. Help me give them all the opportunities that we can! Students must be engaged to learn to write, and I am excited to introduce the See Saw program into our class where children will be able to write, edit, share, like, and comment their writing in class with their peers, just like we adults do in the real world! iPads will allow them to add their own photos, drawings, and explorations to their portfolios in a way we simply cannot access with out them. Students will then be able to share all that they learn and do on this program and others like it with the adults at home. Students will be able to create projects, work in small groups, read, scan QR codes for free books online, do Xtra math, and much more with their new iPads and cases. Thanks in advance for choosing this extraordinary group of young children to donate your resources to. They will use the iPads to stretch the limits of their imagination!
