The International Literacy Association states that all children have the right to read! The right to access texts, to choose what they read, and to have a supportive reading environment. The bins supplied in this project will allow my students to have easy access to the texts in our classroom library for independent reading. It will provide an organized system to support student choice. It will also furnish a supportive reading environment where students will be able to easily find their next great book and have more time to get lost in the story.
