"Social thinking skills must be directly taught to children and adults with ASD. Doing so opens doors of social understandings in all areas of life." - Temple Grandin Every student in my classroom has unique challenges that could benefit from learning mindfulness techniques and having the opportunity to self-regulate their bodies and minds to become their best learners through out the day. These hands on learning games for academics will support my students learn how to become their best selves by applying their social thinking skills while demonstrating academic skills. By donating to my project you will be supporting my students to learn how to cope and manage their feelings to become productive learners, as well as, accessing their social thinking skills to learn academic skills.
