My purpose for creating this project is to be able to make my Science and Social Studies classes more engaging and hands on when we are learning traditionally. For this, I am requesting building sets and other activities. With these materials, I will also have ideas at the ready to make virtual lessons the most impactful, and engaging that they can be. I also included some interesting reading novels complete with literature guides so that when students are learning virtually, I can have activities and questions that will hold them accountable for their learning. Unfortunately, when we are forced to go virtual, many students take it as a day off and are not participating. I am hoping to increase virtual attendance and participation.
