These math materials will allow my kindergartners to explore and practice number concepts both visually and through touch. Being able to make my lessons more concrete will help my students gain a better understanding and confidence in math. These tools will engage my students much more, and will make our math lessons more authentic. I plan on using the dominoes to teach part-part-whole and help students with addition. The number line resource I need will also help me teach students to add and subtract. All these items will be used to teach both whole group and small groups. These resources will benefit students at my school for many years to come!
