As a teacher, I try to give my students the best learning experience I can. I try to instill in them that without hard work, you can't achieve anything, and for my students, they need to work hard. They need to work hard everyday. I have been a teacher at Barnard School for nine years. In those nine years I have taught 5th and 6th grades and in the last three years, I have taught Read 180 (reading intervention) to 5th and 6th grade students. The students I teach are all reading under grade level. They need to work twice as hard as the average student to get just as far, but my students are up for the challenge. My students are funny, caring, and enthusiastic kids that take a challenge head on. That is why we need your help.
