Having iPads in the Media Center will allow students many opportunities to create, research and share. As digital natives, using the technology is intuitive and increases their rate of learning. We will use them for Augmented Reality, accessing student-generated QR code book talks, listening to literature, and much more. Students can present their research using Augmented Reality, summarize their reading by creating QR codes linked to podcasts, and listen to their favorite audio books. Integrating technology with research and literature motivates students to reach further and perform better. When they are excited, their learning increases and the achievement gap closes.

About my class
