At our school, we are fortunate enough to have enough iPads for every student to have their own to use here at school. Our iPads are used every day in all subjects. We receive information, create, and share our learning through the use of many apps. We even receive instruction or interventions through the iPad. By having enough working headphones for every student to use, it ensures that we will be able to make the most out of our learning tools. The headphones and book baskets are high quality and will last, preventing the need to buy new every year. I personally provide the book baskets, but ask for donations and for families to provide headphones. This additional expense can be stressful on our families and often, if they provide headphones for their students the quality may not be enough to last through the school year. By being able to provide a class set of headphones, I can alleviate any additional stress this can cause for families year after year. We use our book baskets every day. Some of the baskets we are using are cracked and broken. They are also not of the best quality and struggle to hold up to our everyday use. They often tip over and are large so they take up a lot of room on our desks. By helping to provide book baskets, you are making our every day lives easier by providing us with better transitions, more space to work, and a durable tool to last year after year. Thank you for help, we are so appreciative!
