Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. As an adult, I know how helpful it is to be able to move while trying to focus on a task at hand. I can't imagine how beneficial these wobble chairs would be for my eight-, nine-, and ten-year-olds. Stationary movement allows my students to be more engaged and get more work completed than when they are just sitting at their desk in a chair. The wobble chairs that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional seating options to make more effective learning choices. The wobble chairs will be extremely beneficial for students who just need to get the wiggles out during our reading lesson. They can also be used as alternative chairs if needed! I have seen how choice can positively affect my students' work and demeanor and hope that the additional options will help us grow even more!
