Welcome to my Donor's Choose page! I am so passionate about teaching and about acquiring resources to help the students in my classroom. I have been teaching for about 4 years and love working with kindergartners! I have a wide variety of students in my classroom from around the world. A good portion of the students in my classroom come directly from refugee camps in different countries. About 50% of the students in my classroom are currently learning the English language. I work at a Title I school and am committed to spreading social justice! I received my Masters In Teaching from the University of Washington in a program which focused on working with students from diverse backgrounds. I am committed to spreading the democratic ideals of justice, participation, and mutual acceptance in my classroom. Please help me make my classroom a better place to be!
