Being a first-year teacher, there are many expenses that come with setting up a successful classroom. One of those expenses is creating a classroom library that is full of some of my students' favorite books. My goal of this project is to create a classroom library that is engaging to my students. Classroom libraries offer all kinds of benefits to students. These benefits include increasing student reading achievement, increasing the volume of student reading, providing students access to print materials, and so many more. Seeing my students faces light up when I bring a new book into my classroom library might be one of my favorite things. When you donate to my project, just know there are many students who are smiling with eagerness on the other side of the book!
