My goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment in my classroom. The flexible seating options listed above and the rug will be what makes a difference in my students' learning experience. The books are to get the ball rolling on my collection of free time books that will be used as the students finish assignments they can read interesting science books at their desk. The games are to have an incentive my students can work towards weekly to earn time to play with their classmates. Also a few of the items are for activities that I recently learned about at a training session that stimulates the students' brains with doing certain exercises or activities. Not only will having flexible seating stimulate my students' brains but it can also be used as incentive to reward well behaved students allowing them to sit in a seat that isn't your typical chair. With all that I have learned this year, I want to make some changes to implement next year to create a warm and welcoming environment for my students. If they feel comfortable in their environment they will be more focused on the school work. Creating a welcoming environment leads to community in the classroom. I want to grow each year of teaching and improve as much as I can. Please help support me in being the best teacher I can be! Your donations are greatly appreciated!
