This proposal is to obtain graduation stoles for my students. Getting to graduate with a stole is an honor. Students must pass both years of Early Childhood Education plus pass the state technical skills assessment associated with the Early childhood Education class to receive a stole for graduations. Students work very hard to pass their class and the state technical skills assessment to earn the stole. This class spans over 2 years so student have to be invested in the program. This will help us to honor deserving future teachers in my class. By giving the students something to look forward to and work towards they will work harder. This helps them to feel more accomplished upon completion.
