My students are in a 4th grade 12:1:1 self contained class in a economically challenged district. My students have a wide range of physical, social, behavioral and cognitive disabilities that limits their academic progress. These students truly want to learn to the best of their ability but have many obstacles to overcome. I like to try to make learning not only successful, but engaging as well. These students need their learning to be exciting and use many different modalities.
