Mrs. Padgett teaches Math and Science to a total of 57 fifth graders at Lloyd Road Elementary School. Mrs. Padgett's students are a hardworking, vibrant, and diverse group of students. They are excited about learning-- especially when it comes to new math concepts such as discovering the formulas used to calculate the volume of rectangular prisms. Mrs. Padgett's students are extremely curious as well, particularly in Science class when discussing the mysteries of the ever expanding Universe and black holes. Mrs. Padgett's students are working on mastering their multiplication facts, talking word problems with confidence, competing in Engineering Design Challenges, and exploring Science Experiments using the scientific process. Mrs. Padgett's students are extremely appreciative and thankful for any projects funded to help improve and enrich their classroom experience.
