My school houses just over 350 students. We are located in an area devastated by Katrina. 96% of our population receives free lunch and many families are poverty level. Despite these odds our students are sent to school prepared and ready to learn. Our small community school rallies together to help anyone in need. The teachers at are school are some of the most dedicated in the nation. Our students love to visit the library and do so daily.

About my class
