We have a designated "Listening Garden" in our classroom but it is empty. We even have a few books to start us off but we do not have a cd/tape player, headphones or storage for what we hope will be a growing collection of audio books. The Listening Garden will be one of our centers used during our daily reading block. Readers of all abilities will benefit from read-along books. Those who struggle build confidence as they follow along. Advanced readers can be challenged even further! Of course, hearing a story just for the fun of it, is good for everyone!
