The Real-World STEM Challenges will take my students out of their element, beyond our "neck of the woods" into a world they are only able to read about or see on TV. The kits will allow students to be active participants in the STEM inquiry process, to become real-life problem solvers as they collaborate to design a plan, build and test their designs! The kits are developed to help children think like real scientists and engineers, emulating real-life skills of 21st Century careers. Students will have the opportunity to see how their natural curiosities can take them beyond their immediate realm of possibilities!

About my class
