Obtaining Chromebooks for my students to learn with would bring the world to them in the classroom! Many of my students do not have internet access outside of the school setting. Often the only technology provided is what they receive at school. The technology that the Chromebooks bring to the classroom makes learning fun and exciting! When students turn on their Chromebook the world comes alive before them! By getting the Chromebooks, students will have access to so much technology. Students can get assignments already set up by the teacher and do research individually or as a small group. Students can use their Chromebooks to complete Science projects and reading/writing activities. Students would also use their Chromebooks to create Google Slides and other types of technology-based assignments. Having Chromebooks in the classroom would help my class do their work when they cannot get to the lab. We are only able to get to the lab a few times a week. As you can see in our photo, if we are not in lab, we are very limited as to how many students can be working at one time. Chromebooks in the classroom would help tremendously by making technology more accessible to students! Thank you for considering our project!
