My 38 seventh grade students are crowded into one classroom for computer instruction. Three of these students have to sit on the floor everyday. A rug would make the floor a little more comfortable and the laptop stands would help the students that sit on the floor have better posture (they tend to slouch right now and lay the chromebooks on their laps). These three students have difficulty seeing the board since they tend to lean against the wall for comfort. To help with the crowded situation, I would like to put a small table in the front of the room and remove the larger table. The students can sit on the rug and be able to see the board better. Also my math classes would love the new seating arrangement.
