My students have mild to moderate disabilities. I teach them in General education classrooms. I serve 7th and 8th grade students in a small classroom setting. They have several different academic levels and needs. They are all capable students who need more tools and different approach in learning to be successful. My school has a very unique setting and as a result, it is making possible to fully have inclusion classrooms. We have students from middle class, low income, and students with different family structures. Many of my students are from low income families where the parents sometimes cannot provide for kids basic school supplies.
