My students often come to school with very limited school supplies. They are in need of pencils, erasers, pencil bags, envelopes, and a thermal mini laminator to support their daily learning needs. School supplies should not have to be another challenge for my students. When students have their own supplies, it fosters a sense of responsibility as well as a feeling of pride and ownership. These supplies will allow students to have their own set and allow them to participate without having to borrow from their peers. Pencils will be used to complete academic and art related projects. The pencil bags will be used to store pencils. Students will use envelopes to turn in monetary payments such as: ice cream money, class donations, and writing thank you cards. The thermal mini laminator will be used to laminate and preserve my students' work for years to come. Please help me provide my students with these basic needs.
