I teach Kindergarten through Fifth Grade students in a Title 1 school. In addition to their 90 minute reading block, my students receive an extra hour of reading instruction a day through TIER and Center Time. Students practice phonemic awareness, phonics, and fluency skills during this time. They have a love for learning, and they strive to be the best readers that they can be. I am amazed at how they encourage each other to improve each day.

About my class
