The technology my students and I are requesting will help my students keep up with the tide and be able access reading materials in print and online. The devices will not only support student learning in reading, but also support my students to access technology to further their education in various subject areas. With the use of iPads my students will be able to access addition online text and resources to further their learning. They will be able to access higher level reading online as well as text that will support struggling readers. Students will also be able to listen to stories online and here the expression in the storytellers voice. This will help them to be able to mirror the expression in their own readers theater projects. These devices will also be used in other subject areas such as STEM, social studies, digital art such as coding and programing as well as creating visual presentations in all content areas. With the use of iPads my students will be able to do research to extend their learning. They will be able to conduct research for STEM projects. Students will also be able to participate in coding activities and learn the way of the future. We thank you for supporting our learning!
