The majority of my students are ESL and Spanish is their first language. Most of their families have come directly from Mexico. Despite language barriers at times, they are all very outgoing and love to learn, especially when I can make lessons hands on. Our school is part of a small farming community with just 98 students in K-5. All of our students are very close to each other either because they live close or they are related. They are always thankful and willing to help those around them.
