Our classroom is a special education resource room. Within our classroom, we have students receiving special education services under other health impairments, speech and language impairments, emotional impairments and specific learning disabilities. I try to set up my classroom to meet the needs of my students the best that I can! Every student who walks through my door has a unique set of needs that are specific to them. My students are amazing and make me look forward to coming to school every single day. They are hard workers when they have the right tools that they need to succeed. My favorite thing to see is the light that comes on in their eyes when they finally learn something they have been trying to a understand, its the little victories that man everyday special. I want my students to come to school and feel safe. They come to school as strong as they can and work hard even when their home life is tough.
