The materials will be used to do science labs and experiments and whole class discussions. These supplies will provide more hands-on learning for my six classes. The Analytical Balance Laboratory School Scales will be used all year long to weigh items for our labs which include: states of matter unit and in our ecosystems unit. The UV beads and colored beads will be used to make Density Jars. The Thermometers will be used in our states of matter unit and also in our ecosystems unit. The owl pellets will be used in our ecosystems unit. The Ginsberg Scientific Cloud Forming Apparatus creates a safer way to make clouds in small groups. The Double sided clipboards will be used all year for labs and stations around the room. They will also make it possible to go outside for labs. The Easel Pad will be used for whole class discussions, so I can keep them and bring the pad back out for review.
