This year our school's theme encourages students to explore and wonder! As such, my students need resources that will help them with these needed critical thinking skills . Critical thinking is a 21st century skill and is also an essential component in our society. The resources requested will help strengthen those skills. Specifically, students will have the opportunity to use use the Magna-Tiles, building blocks, interlocking building set, two-color counters, and dominoes to create a variety of structures based on their individual development. In essence, these activities will be differentiated to meet the needs of each student. Students will also have the opportunity to work individually, with a partner, or with a group. In the process, students will develop real-world application, team building skills, and undoubtedly critical thinking skills.
