We are a diverse community of roughly 1,400 students, with total minority enrollment at 85%, and 75% on free or reduced lunch. Our library is packed every day during breaks and lunch time. Students come to the library to play games, work on group projects, do individual research, and check out books. While this makes for an exciting library, our collection and library resources need some serious TLC! My project for our library involves some updated seating, fresh books, and colorful carpets. Our school library is a busy place, and I want our students to know that they deserve an awesome place to study!

About my class
