My students will be using the iPads in a Digital Makerspace Station. Many of my students are gifted students who work above and beyond what is expected of them. They are eager and willing to learn and technology is the next step for these kids. The Makerspace Station will allow my students to explore digital tools while creating projects using a design process. We can incorporate the use of the iPads into all of the academic areas to make digital books, comics, crosswords using our vocabulary or spelling words, animated stories and diagrams to name a few. The iPads in our classroom will give my students the opportunity to reach further into the technology world of today.
