Welcome to the Special Ed ID Moderate classroom at Reedy Creek Middle.. Our classroom is filled with a wide variety of abilities and talents. We work towards being as independent as possible in everyday activities along with learning our academics. My goal as their teacher is to make sure they are very involved in the total school and community environment, treated fairly, and included in every way possible no matter their needs or abilities. Our classroom follows the extensions of the Common Core Curriculum. With that curriculum we need to make sure projects and activities are adapted and made hands on for our students to fully access it. Along with the standard subjects we also need to add technology. Our students need adapted technology like Samsung Tablets or iPads to fully interact with the curriculum. This allows the student to manipulate the activity.
