My students are an amazing group of sweet 2nd graders who come to me eager and energetic to learn. They don't have it easy though most come from broken homes and even more are below the poverty level. They need to know they are loved, that they can achieve and I expect them to excel. They live up to my expectations and rise to the occasion. The love I get back from them is 10 fold, they are the reason I love this CRAZY job! That is why this project I plan to do with them on Community and how we all need to care about and help each other is crucial!
