My students needs are various - but most have one thing in common. They need to increase their ability to focus on learning. This is a struggle some students have due to sensory processing disorders or ADHD, for example. Research has shown that sitting on therapy balls, such as these ball chairs, can help promote and increase student focus, behavior and productivity. Because my students are young, they naturally have the need to fidget due to their still developing sensory systems. These yoga ball chairs can help my students meet their need to "appropriately" fidget by burning excess energy and allowing their brains to be focused.
