Welcome! Creativity and inspiration is flowing here in Mrs. K's Art room! I am lucky and honored to be bringing ARTS education to students in Chicago. I teach Visual Arts to students grades K-8. We have an enrollment around 1200 students and I have the wonderful opportunity to teach all of those students! I am working to enrich the Fine Arts program that we currently are able to offer students. We are in need of new materials and resources to keep students educated as a whole, and to allow students room for expressive education and to encourage creative problem solving. Currently our budget does not support all of the wonderful student requests and new and exciting ideas for projects that we would love to offer. We are a low income school and provide 94% free breakfast and lunches. We would love and appreciate your help in making our school community warm with student work lining the hallways.
