Each morning, my students have the opportunity to complete a stem bin. I believe these activities motivate students to begin their day in a positive way. They promote critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. Students will be designing, building and engineering with the items I have chosen. I have some STEM bins already going in my classroom, but need more choices to switch out to keep it new and interesting for my students. Students have the choice of which bin they choose. As they see other students completing stem bins, it gets others' creativity going. I encourage my students to tell other students what a great job they see, and ideas to make things better. Any help is much appreciated!
