Our focus this year is in giving students the opportunities to learn through discovery. Students enjoy making posters and doing research, but these activities are limited. We want students to be able to ask questions and discover why something happens. A garden is one way to encourage students' questions and a way to let them try out theories. Even if the activity does not go well, students need to understand that is part of learning.
