There are two things that I integrate into all aspects of my classroom and instruction: Growth Mindset and Technology. I believe that a Growth Mindset is the most important lesson that I can teach my students. My gifted students have the ability to learn but if they do not persevere in facing challenges then they will not be successful. Technology is also key to my student's success in the future. The majority do not have access to technology at home so it is vital that they have equal opportunities to experience all forms of technology at school. These gifted students are our future. They are the future Scientists, Inventors, Researchers and Doctors. We need to create a climate where all students have equal access to the latest technology to prepare them to compete in a Global marketplace.
