Budget cuts cut our much needed resources. I teach second grade in North Carolina. As you might know, serious budget cuts have been made over the past several months in our state. Our school's budget has been cut by the thousands, resulting in staff members like myself asking donor's choose for a few necessities that the school can not provide for us this year.
